Shoily School is pleased to offer an interactive Hands-on Robotics Workshop designed to introduce students to the basics of robot building and coding in a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate way.
In this interactive session, students will build their own robot, learn how motors and gears work, and complete beginner-friendly coding challenges using visual, block-based programming.
During the workshop, children will:

This workshop focuses on learning by doing, helping students gain confidence while having fun with STEM concepts.
What Kids Will Do
1️⃣ Robot Building (30 minutes)
Students will build a robot and explore how motors, gears, and different components work together.
2️⃣ Coding Challenge 1: Motion Basics (15 minutes)
Using block-based coding, students will program basic movements and bring their robot to life.
3️⃣ Coding Challenge 2: Square Path Mission (15 minutes)
A fun, logic-based challenge where students program their robot to follow a square path, strengthening sequencing and problem-solving skills.
This workshop is ideal for curious learners aged 7–12 who enjoy building, experimenting, and discovering how technology works.
