Why won’t my payment go through?
There are a few common reasons your payment might not be processing successfully:
Incorrect card details – Double-check your card number, expiry date, and CVV.
Insufficient funds or card limits – Ensure your account has enough balance and that online or international payments are enabled.
Bank security blocks – Sometimes banks temporarily block online transactions for security reasons. Contact your bank to approve the payment.
Unsupported payment method – Shoily School currently accepts major credit and debit cards. Some prepaid or international cards may not work.
Browser or cache issue – Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or using a different browser/device.
If your payment still doesn’t go through, please contact our support team at support@shoilyschool.org
with your name, course name, and transaction details. We’ll help you complete your enrollment quickly.
How do I get a refund?
We understand that plans can change! If you need a refund, here’s how it works:
Submit a refund request – Email us at 📧 support@shoilyschool.org
with your full name, course name, and payment receipt.
Refund eligibility –
Full refunds are available if the request is made before the first live class.
Partial refunds may be offered if you’ve attended less than 25% of the course.
Refunds are not available once more than 25% of the course is completed.
Processing time – Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

How do I redeem a coupon?
Redeeming your Shoily School coupon is quick and easy!
Choose your course – Browse our live or self-paced courses and click Enroll Now.
Enter your coupon code – On the checkout page, find the “Coupon or Promo Code” box.
Apply your code – Type your code exactly as it appears and click Apply. You’ll see the discount instantly before completing your payment.
Finish checkout – Complete your payment using the updated total amount.
💡 Tip:
Each coupon can be used once per student account.
Coupons are valid only until their expiry date and cannot be combined with other offers.

Making Courses
How do I change my account name?
If you need to update your account name (for example, to correct a spelling or reflect your full legal name), you can do it easily:
Log in to your Shoily School account.
Go to your Profile Settings.
Click Edit Name, make your changes, and Save.
If the option isn’t available (for verified educator or parent accounts), please email 📧 support@shoilyschool.org
with the following details:
Your current account name
The correct name you’d like to use
Any verification document (if required for educator records)
Our team will review and update your account within 2–3 business days.
💡 Tip: For student accounts, parents or guardians may request the name change directly through their registered email.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
We only want to send you messages that matter to you! If you’d like to stop receiving non-essential emails from Shoily School:
Open any email you’ve received from us.
Scroll to the bottom and click the “Unsubscribe” link.
Select your preferences — you can unsubscribe from newsletters or all promotional updates.
You’ll still receive important account notifications, such as class reminders, payment confirmations, or password resets — these can’t be turned off for security reasons.

How do I change my password?
Changing your password is quick and secure!
Log in to your Shoily School account.
Go to your Profile Settings or Account Settings.
Click Change Password.
Enter your current password, then type and confirm your new password.
Click Save to update.
If you forgot your password, just click “Forgot Password?” on the login page. You’ll receive an email with a secure link to reset it.
💡 Tip: Choose a strong password with at least 8 characters, including a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols for better security.
